These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OneThought AI Media Studio (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Your content. You retain rights to content you upload and to content you generate using the Service, subject to the licenses described below and to the policies of upstream model providers.
Your license to us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and serve your content as needed to operate and improve the Service.
Generated content. AI-generated outputs may be similar or identical to outputs generated for other users. We make no warranty of uniqueness or ownership of a given output.
Free tools are provided at no cost. Generation tools use a credit system; credits are prepaid and are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices and credit costs may change with notice. Failed payments may result in loss of access to paid features.
The Service integrates with third-party providers (payment processors, authentication, hosting, AI model providers). Your use of those components may be subject to their terms.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use poses legal or safety risks to us or others.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we or our affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
